Ceasefire’s Wet Chemical–Based Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems are specifically designed for commercial kitchens, where high heat and cooking oils create elevated fire risks. The system rapidly suppresses flames while delivering a powerful cooling effect, preventing fire re-ignition.

This fully automatic system features advanced Heat Sensing Tube (HST)–based detection, providing uniform and reliable fire detection across the entire risk area—far superior to conventional point-type detectors.

The system uses a highly effective wet chemical foam agent with optimised biological tolerance, making it safe for food-preparation environments. Composed of 90% water and 10% foam-based chemical, the 99% biodegradable agent forms a foam blanket over the fire, instantly cutting off oxygen while delivering rapid cooling to ensure complete fire suppression. As a wet chemical foam system, it causes no flooding-related damage, and the minimal residue can be easily cleaned from kitchen surfaces and equipment.

Integrated kitchen hood protection using the same HST technology ensures complete coverage across the hood, duct, and plenum areas. Specially designed discharge nozzles suppress fires from all types of cooking, while allowing chefs the flexibility to rearrange cooking and preparation zones without compromising safety.
