Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your ordered goods for a full refund of the paid price of the product.

All you need to do is drop an email at enquiry@ceasefire.in or call us at 1800 11 3473 / 9540 666 666 within a timeframe of 15 days, from the date of the order.

The product is not eligible for return, replacement or exchange in the following cases:

-Damages caused due to misuse, neglect and accident caused due to mishandling of the product.

-Products that may have been tampered with, altered or serviced by a person / agency not authorised by Ceasefire.

-Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

-Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

-Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

-The customer will be required to send the product he/she wishes to refund / exchange, meeting all the above criteria, to Ceasefire central warehouse in New Delhi (address of which will be communicated at the time of processing the request) at his / her own cost.

-The final decision to accept or reject any such request would lie on the QC department of Ceasefire. However, you can be rest assured that if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will ship you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.

Ceasefire’s Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange products purchased on Ceasefire.in within 15 days of the receipt. Any exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock , if a particular piece is not available in our stock we shall get in touch with the customer and try to take his / her consent on another product of same value.

Once you request the cancellation of products in your order, it will take a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. You will be notified of the same. For the money to get transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Ceasefire. In case of a refund, the applicable bank charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

Please note:

-Your refund amount only includes price of items of the returns accepted post validation by our quality team.

-Your refund amount will not include any shipping charges or for/against any promotional coupons used at the time of order.

Please note that the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.


Order Cancellation/Modification:

Any order placed through the website can be cancelled or modified within 8 working hours of the order time. Any requests for Order cancellation or modification received after 8 working hours will not be entertained.

-All you need to do is drop an email at enquiry@ceasefire.in or call us at 1800 11 3473 / 9540 666 666 within 8 working hours of placing your order and you can claim your full refund back. Your refund amount will not include the applicable bank charges, if any or any promotional coupons used at the time of order.
